The external framework which regulates the corporate governance work include the Swedish Companies Act, the Banking and Financing Business Act, the Annual Accounts Act, the Annual Accounts Act of Credit Institutions and Securities Companies, the NASDAQ OMX Nordic rules and the rules and principles of the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the Code).
