CSR in practise
Coordination and promotion
Nordea's CSR Secretariat co-ordinates and promotes CSR initiatives and raises internal awareness of CSR issues on a group level.
Responsibility
Each business is responsible for its own CSR work.
Holistic approach
A holistic perspective is gained in the CSR Stakeholder Board that is composed of representatives from all business areas and group functions.
Major initiatives
Major CSR initiatives require approval by Group Executive Management.
Policies and directives
The Compliance Function ensures adherence to the policies and directives.
Shareholders' views
The Annual General Meeting provides the opportunity for all shareholders to express their opinions about all of Nordea’s activities including our CSR work.
