The Group's business organisation includes three customer areas:

- Private Banking
- Institutional & International Banking
Each customer area assumes the overall responsibility for the business relation with a customer or a customer group.

Capital Markets & Savings
- Capital Markets Products
- Savings Products & Asset Management
- Life & Pensions
The five Product Divisions in Banking Products and Capital Markets & Savings are responsible for the product and service delivery processes.
Vital service and group functions are:

- People & Identity
- Group Corporate Centre
- Group Credit & Risk Control
- Group Legal
