Being a Graduate in Nordea is a great way to launch a rewarding career. The programme gives you a "fast track" to Nordea’s culture and organisation. The Graduate Programme includes four international seminars where Graduates from different countries and different parts of Nordea meet, network and improve their personal skills while learning about the fundamentals and the business in Nordea.
