General programme information

Being a graduate in Nordea is a great way to launch a rewarding career. The programme gives you a "fast track" to Nordea's culture and organisation. As a graduate, you will get a permanent position in our energetic organisation and a possibility to develop and grow.

First-class programme with many elements

The Graduate Programme is a first-class programme that gives extra value to both you and Nordea. The programme consists of two major parts.

First and foremost, there are four international seminars, where graduates from different countries and different parts of Nordea meet, network and improve their personal skills while learning about the fundamentals and the business in Nordea.

Second, you have a business track programme, which is a tailor-made possibility to learn more about the responsibilities and elements related to your current position.

In addition, the Graduate Programme contains value chain visits to different parts of the organisation and mentorship. The Graduate Programme lasts 1 - 2 years, depending on the length of the business track activities.

The programme focuses on three themes: being a Nordea citizen, personal growth and networking.

In practice

The international seminars take place in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm. Each seminar lasts 4-5 days and include presentations, workshops, business cases and training sessions, as well as informal networking activities.
