Recruitment of Graduates 2010
Recruitment for the Nordea Graduate Programme 2010 has started.
Do I meet the success criteria for a Graduate position?
A Master’s degree, a maximum of one year’s post-academic working experience and good English skills are the requirements for a Graduate, but you also need the right attitude – you need to believe in making it possible!
We expect you to be self-confident and self-driven; you also need to have the mindset to constantly improve your competence. In some of the positions we appreciate a long record of academic achievements, whereas in others we emphasise your ability to engage in relationships. Specific recruitment criteria will be defined in each job ad.
We invest in our Graduates a lot – and we expect a lot in return.
How do I apply for a Graduate position?
Vacancies for the Graduate Programme are posted on our job pages during this spring (February - April). Most of the positions are to a particular location (country/area), but to some positions we may recruit the best candidate from one of the following locations: Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki or Oslo. Each job ad contains detailed information on the position, its location and the deadline to apply for it.

What happens during the recruitment process?
Your application will be processed by the business area in question. Our experience is that we will get many applications for Graduate positions and therefore it may take some time before you hear from us. If you proceed to the second level of recruitment, you will be asked to do a verbal and numerical test online. We also use competency-based screening tools in order to identify the best possible candidates for the vacancies.
There will be two Graduate groups (with approximately 30 participants each) starting in 2010 (September/October).
