- What are the opportunities to develop both personally and professionally?
Structured development activities are offered to increase personal and professional competencies in order to ensure your employability. We believe that competence development mainly happens as a part of your daily work, e.g. through new and challenging assignments. But it also includes practical training, e-learning, participation in projects etc, and can be combined with theoretical education in internal programmes or at external schools.
