Nordea Kredit presentation and LTV
Nordea Kredit grants mortgage lending secured by residential, commercial, agricultural or industrial properties in Denmark. All lending is 100% match funded through issuing covered mortgage bonds and mortgage bonds.
Nordea Kredit is Denmark's third largest MCI with total outstanding Nordea Kredit mortgage loans at nominal value totalled DKK 318.3bn as of 31 December 2010.
Nordea Kredit, which is 100% owned by Nordea Bank Danmark A/S, is licensed by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to issue covered bonds according to the Danish Covered Bond Act.
