The General Meeting is the Company’s highest decision-making body, where the shareholders exercise their voting rights. At the General Meeting decisions are taken regarding among other things the annual accounts, dividend, election of the Board of Directors and auditors, remuneration to Board members and auditors, and guidelines for remuneration to the executive officers.
General Meetings are held in Stockholm.
