Decision on remuneration by the AGM 2012

The AGM 2012 decided that remuneration to the board members shall be unchanged and amount to:

• The Chairman EUR 252,000,
• Deputy Chairman EUR 97,650 and
• Other members EUR 75,600.

In addition, remuneration will be paid for committee work in the three board committees amounting to EUR 16,600 for the committee chairmen and 12,900 euro for the other members. Remuneration is not be paid to members who are employees of the Nordea Group.
