Log on with Logon ID
To be able to logon with the Logon ID tab you need to have a Logon ID and code card. Your company administrator will provide you with a Logon ID and code card. If your company has chosen not to have an administrator Nordea will send you the Logon ID and code card in two separate letters.
To log on to Corporate Netbank, enter your Logon ID and press OK. You will then be asked to enter a specific code from your personal code card.
The code is signified by a code, eg 28-RY. If you cannot find the code on your code card, try to enter your Logon ID again as the codes are Logon ID specific.
The codes will be requested at random and are covered by a latex sheet to prevent copying. When you have found the code on your code card, remove the latex sheet and enter the code in the field on the screen.
Nordea will automatically send a new code card when you have used 70 of the 90 codes on your active code card. You may also order a new code card from Corporate Netbank under the tab settings in the top menu bar. When you use the last code, you will be asked to activate a new card. Also a company administrator can activate a new code card.
