CREMUL (Multiple credit advice message)

The Multiple credit advice message (CREMUL) is used by the customer (payee) for automatic reconciliation of incoming domestic and cross-border payments in the accounts receivable ledger. Through the message the customer (payee) is provided with all possible transaction references, e.g. invoice number, in a structured format. Such information is of vital importance for the reconciliation process.
