What do you like the most about working in Nordea Investment Management?
To work with people who have so much knowledge, drive and competence. I'm privileged: Whatever subject I would like to debate or get input on I can always turn to someone in Nordea Investment Management. It's just great.

What are your main job assignments/focus areas?
Strategy and Human Capital – and sometimes I have to spend time on making the value chain work when there's a wrench in the machinery.

What do you think it takes to be successful at Nordea?
Follow the Nordea values: Focus on Great customer experiences, One Nordea team and It’s all about people – then you are far down the road. But it's difficult to multitask!

Facts: Allan Polack has experience from the banking industry since 1985. He was appointed as CEO of Nordea Investment Management in 2007. Allan Polack holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration and concluded his Advanced Management Program from INSEAD in 1995.
