Nordea Bank is one of the leading Issuer Services companies in the Nordic countries. Our Issuer Services unit in Securities Services offers a full range of services in all of the four Nordic countries. Nordea provides issuer services to Nordic and international issuers and corporate finance houses.
We aim to fulfill the different needs of companies, their shareholders and the corporate finance houses by providing services such as:
- Advisory services for technical support and planning of corporate actions such as:
- Shares and bond issues
- Public offerings
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Incentive programmes - Administration and registration of subscriptions
- Paying agent services for a variety of instruments e.g. shares, bonds and covered warrants
- Administration and paying agent services for dividend and interest payments etc in Denmark and Norway
- Administration of securities in the local CSDs in Denmark and Norway
- Administration of the shareholders registers and general meetings in Norway.
