Preview the Import DC in TFNS
You can preview your import DC in TFNS and e.g. send it to the beneficiary for approval, before sending it to Nordea for issuance.
- This way you reduce the risk for unneccessary amendments.
To preview a DC
- After having completed the DC application, press Save instead of Sign.
- The DC application have now been saved but not sent to Nordea.
- Select Transaction Status under Inquiry in the leaft main menu.
- Click Search to see all available transactions.
- Click the print button in the right column for the DC application you want to preview.
- You can now use the Window menu to print the DC application extract or send it by e-mail to the supplier/beneficiary etc.
To amend and send the DC application
- Open Transaction in process under the Inbox and scroll down to your saved DC application.
- Click the edit button (pencil), make your amendments and then click Sign.
