Templates will save you time
If you frequently fill in DC applications or collection instructions to the same counter party, using templates will save you lots of time.
Instead of filling in all details which already are pre-printed in the template, you only fill in the data that is differ from deal to deal, e.g. invoice amount and dates.
To create a template
- Open a DC application or collection instruction.
- Fill in all the data that normaly not changes, e.g. names and addresses etc.
- Click the "Template" button at the end of the page and give the template a suitable name.
To use a template
- Click the "T" that will appear to the right of e.g. "Documentary Credit" and select the template you want to use.
