Group Identity and Communications is Nordea's corporate communications department. We develop internal and external communication solutions supporting Nordea's business and the Nordea brand. We have colleagues based in each of the four Nordic countries.
Group Identity and Communications is looking for 3 candidates to fill the vacancies of: communication consultant, communication officer and web coordinator. All positions are full-time positions based in Helsinki and can be applied for on this website.
Web coordinator
As a web coordinator you will be helping out in the daily work of developing and maintaining Nordea's websites and drive or participate in various online projects. The job includes a high degree of coordination and advice in web communication, focusing on sales optimisation based on user behaviour. You will work in the Internet Open Pages team which consists of 12 employees with overall responsibility for Nordea's open web channels. The position is available in Helsinki but since maintenance is done cross-countries, the job includes a high degree of cooperation with colleagues in other countries. You should have minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, good knowledge in communication in general and experience from working with web content management tasks.
Furthermore, you should have:
- the ability to provide customers with the right services and solutions
- creative skills and a high degree of solution orientation
- good listening capabilities and be receptive to other people's ideas
- the ability to work independently as well as being an initiator and a team player
- excellent oral/written skills in Finnish and very good oral/written skills in English
