New brochure on gender diversity published

Increasing the number of women in senior management positions is high on the agenda in Nordea in 2015 and there is a continuous need to communicate more about the subject to encourage all employees to take responsibility for achieving gender balance in Nordea.

To give an overview of our efforts in this area and why it is important to us, we have published a new brochure: 'Gender Diversity in Nordea'. In addition to our own employees, the brochure is targeted at potential employees and external stakeholders we meet. Gender diversity is an integral part of our leadership training and the brochure will be distributed to all participants when the subject is discussed.

We report on the progress of our diversity work elsewhere on the website and in our CSR Report.
