NIM AB Execution Policy

Nordea Investment Management AB (NIM AB) and all its branches have an Execution Policy in order to secure the best possible execution of client orders in financial instruments. The Policy applies to all clients, irrespective of their classification and is conditioned by their acceptance.

NIM AB Code of Conduct

Clients' interest comes first. We take pride in doing our job the best way possible and always with the best interest of our clients in mind. Nordea Investment Management AB has a sound ethical culture supported by the Nordea Group directives and supporting policies, instructions and guidelines applicable to the employees and their areas of responsibility. Our Code of Conduct is a supplement to the Nordea Group instructions with the intention to create an overview of the rules that apply to all employees and to ensure a sound ethical culture in relation to important areas within the management of conflicts of interest.

The Code regulates the following areas:

  • Confidential information and secrecy
  • Personal account trading rules
  • Gifts and events
  • Reporting/certification
  • External engagements
  • Insider information
  • Sanctions and violations

All our employees are obliged to comply with our Code of Conduct and our team leaders are responsible for introducing new staff to our standards.
