We have kicked off 2016 with some great weeks on the road; travelling to career fairs at universities in Helsinki, Lappeenranta, Oulu, Turku and Vaasa. We have met so many talented students and we have also met a lot of potential candidates to Nordea Graduate programme; both during the fairs and at our invite-only events.
Tuesday 26 January, we welcomed 30 IT-students to Nordea’s office in Vallila, Helsinki for an afternoon with focus on Nordea Graduate programme.
We also introduced some of the IT areas within Nordea and hosted a workshop called "Nordea Mobile Wallet 2.0” where the students teamed up to create new, outside the box features as well as come up with names for the mobile wallet application.
Yesterday, 4 February we hosted another graduate event in our office at Vallila. This time 40 students with different educational background joined us to learn more about Nordea and the Graduate programme as well as participate in a workshop.
We also had some of the current graduates joining us and they shared their first-hand experience from being part of the programme.
