Introduction

Here you find information on how to take into use, log on, confirm and verify a payment with the Nordea Codes app.

Take into use

To use mobile logon you need to have

  • A mobile device with one of the following operating systems
    • iOS 7.0 or later (iPhone, iPad or iPod touch)
    • Android 2.3 and up
    • Windows Phone 10 Mobile, Windows Phone 8.1, or Windows Phone 8
  • Downloaded the Nordea Codes app
  • Card and card reader for first-time activation of mobile logon
  • Been allowed to use mobile logon by your Corporate Netbank administrator
  • Your mobile phone number registered in Corporate Netbank Administration (for receiving activation code).

Activate mobile logon

You activate mobile logon inside Corporate Netbank by

  • Logging on with card and card reader
  • Going to My profile. Click on ‘Add a device’ in the 'Logon details' section and follow the instructions on the screen.

Tip: Take note of your logon ID. You need this for logging on with mobile logon.

Log on

You can log on to Corporate Netbank with the Nordea Codes app, both when your phone has internet connection and when it hasn’t. If your phone does not have internet connection, then click on the link at the bottom of the Mobile logon box.

Online

  1. Key in your logon ID in the Logon ID field (you can find your logon ID inside Corporate Netbank in 'My Profile')
  2. Click Logon
  3. In the Nordea Codes app, key in your PIN.

You're now logged on to Corporate Netbank.

Offline

  1. Enter your logon ID in the Logon ID field (you can find your logon ID inside Corporate Netbank in 'My Profile')
  2. Open the Nordea Codes app and choose ‘Log in – LOGIN’
  3. In the Nordea Codes app, key in your PIN
  4. On the Corporate Netbank logon page, key in the response code given by the Nordea Codes app
  5. Click Logon.

Confirm

You can confirm in Corporate Netbank with the Nordea Codes app, both when your phone has internet connection and when it hasn’t.

Online

Be sure that you are logged on to Corporate Netbank with the Nordea Codes app

  1. Choose what you want to confirm
  2. Click Confirm
  3. Open the Nordea Codes app on your device (if you have more than one user on your device, make sure that you have selected the correct user)
  4. The app shows information on what you are about to confirm. Confirm by keying in your PIN.

Offline

  1. Choose what you want to confirm
  2. Open the Nordea Codes app and choose 'Confirm action – SIGN'
  3. In the app, key in the challenge code
  4. In the app, key in your PIN
  5. On the Corporate Netbank page, key in the response code
  6. Click Confirm.

Verify a Payment

You can verify payments in Corporate Netbank with the Nordea Codes app, both when your phone has internet connection and when it hasn’t.

Online

  1. Choose the payment you want to verify
  2. Click Verify
  3. Open the Nordea Codes app on your device
  4. The app shows information on what you are about to verify. Ensure that the details are correct
  5. If the details are correct, click on 'Continue to confirm'
  6. Key in your PIN

The payment is now verified.

Offline

  1. Choose the payment you want to verify
  2. Open the Nordea Codes app and choose 'Confirm action – SIGN'
  3. Key in the challenge code in the app
  4. Key in your PIN
  5. In Corporate Netbank, key in the response code
  6. Click Verify

The payment is now verified.
