As a Graduate, you have a position which provides you with great possibilities to develop and contribute. Besides the daily work you take active part in Wealth Management's graduate programme as well as Nordea's Graduate programme seminars.

The Graduate Programme is a first-class programme that gives extra value to both you and Nordea. The programme focuses on three themes: being a Nordea citizen, personal growth and networking.

The international seminars take place in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm. Each seminar lasts 4-5 days and includes presentations, workshops, business cases and training sessions, as well as informal networking activities. The seminars focus on both business knowledge and personal development, examples of seminar contents.
