Recruitment will start - depending on the specific business area - during late fall and spring in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. During this period, job ads are continuously posted on the job pages.
The programme consists of different elements, like e.g. international seminars, a mentoring process and business specific activities.
The requirements for a graduate are Master’s degree, maximum two years' post-academic work experience, excellent English skills and a high potential. Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test, where numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities are tested.
