We need a closing letter signed according to company papers, If we have not received a verified passport copy earlier we will need this as well. In this letter we will need information about what account number to close down and where we should transfer the funds. We can start the closing procedures based on a signed pdf copy, but please forward the original by regular mail since this is need for our archiving.
Your local Nordea team needs to know what currency you like to have and for which company this should be opened. Please also inform us if it should be a stand alone account or a Cash Pool account. Also, please inform us if you require any other services for this account - Corporate Netbank, Corporate Access, Account statement (MT940), Request for transfer (MT101)
Normally, we can open a new account in the next 1-2 business days if you already are a customer in Nordea. If your account is more urgent than this, please contact your local Nordea team.
