The position we offer
Asset Services DK is part of Asset and Capital Markets Services within Wholesale Banking Operations, located in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Poland. We have an ambitious change agenda and your work will support the execution.
You can expect a versatile working day, which includes planning and execution of different administrative tasks. You must therefore have a proactive approach in everyday life, where there will be many different tasks, which often will be solved under time pressure.
Your specific area of responsibility will cover corporate action events, handling requests from our stakeholders while also participating in improvement projects.
We empower development of our team members by raising the complexity of the tasks, the degree of involvement and responsibility and moving from a participating into a driver role.
Working hours include evening shifts and bank holidays on a rotate basis.
The qualifications you need
The successful candidate should possess an economical understanding and knowledge about financial instruments.
We are looking for a colleague who understands how to balance a wide group of stakeholders, who at times can be quite demanding. In addition, it is vital to be a strong team player, service minded, conscious and optimistic.
We expect you to be outspoken and possess a drive that enables you to get things done while preserving good relations to all involved parties.
You are handling your tasks with an analytical approach that makes it possible to improve ways of working or process which in the end contribute to great customer experience. Lastly, you have excellent communication skills, and are proficient in English, written and spoken.
