You are an experienced IT project manager with a keen interest in driving complex business changing projects in a dynamic and agile environment in Nordea Capital Markets.

The position we offer
As our new Project Manager you will be responsible for orchestrating development and implementation projects within Capital Markets IT.
In collaboration with internal business stakeholders and IT teams as well as external vendors you will estimate, plan, execute and deliver projects.
We work in an agile environment and you as our new Project Manager must be able to drive your projects across multiple agile teams.
You will be able to work both at a strategic and operational level and in some cases drive the initiative personally.
Project sizes will vary from a few hundred thousand to multimillion EUR projects, and team sizes typically from 3 to 25.
This position is located in Taastrup, Denmark.
The qualifications you need
You have proven experience in organizing, leading and/or managing complex, transformational projects & change initiatives with multiple delivery teams
Furthermore you have proven experience with agile project management – preferably from the financial sector.
You have a keen interest in understanding the business domain and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver best possible value.
You are capable of navigating and keeping an overview across multiple stakeholders and unclear requirements.
Certifications within program-, project- and change management will be considered an advantage as well as certification in agile methodology.
You are self-driven and outgoing with good networking skills. You have excellent communication skills and you are able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
As you will be part of a performance-oriented and dynamic environment, you are persistent and have focus on quality and have attention to details.
