As Scrum Master in Financial Risk Control (FRC) IT, you will be the dedicated Scrum Master for 1-3 Scrum teams as well as helping the FRC organisation in their overall agile journey. This journey started 2 years ago, and you can expect to join 2 well-established agile development teams including experienced Product Owners.
In our team, FRC IT Liquidity Risk & PL, we are currently building high performance systems to support our business partners in managing, analysing, controlling and reporting on Liquidity Risk and Profit & Loss (PL).
We are undertaking a massive transformation and redesign from a batch based PLSQL environment towards a service-oriented approach using loosely coupled Java services, asynchronous communication and resilient design. To support our agile way of working we need experienced and passionate Scrum Masters.
As a scrum master in our team you will:
Coach the teams
Be the servant leader of the teams
Facilitate Scrum meetings
Cooperate closely with Product Owners
Take care of the team dynamics
Help in the recruitment process of new team members
Support team leaders in the daily duties
The role is based in our new office in Gdansk, Poland.

Have great communication and coaching skills

Experienced in Information Technology
Proven experience with Agile practices and methodologies
