Analyst / Actuary to Nordea Life & Pension, Oslo

We are looking for an Analyst or Actuary to join Product, Pricing and Analytics team in Nordea Life and Pension Norway.

Your future responsibilities

We are responsible for calculations and processes surrounding the quantitative models used for Solvency II purposes as well as other financial and risk analyses and more traditional actuarial work.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Solvency II calculations and reporting
  • Contribute to the design and development of quantitative models within Solvency II
  • Automatization of Solvency II calculation and reporting processes
  • Contribute with risk and financial analysis
  • Traditional actuarial calculations and analysis

Your background:
 
  • Master level degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics or similar with excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with Solvency II framework and model development is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Programming skills, we use C# and Python
  • Norwegian and English spoken and written
