About this opportunity
Welcome to the Finnish Factoring Customer Service team. Factoring Debtor Customer Service Team is a new concept in Nordea Operations Centre Estonia, so you can take part in developing its operations. The job provides a fantastic opportunity to accumulate experience from customer service in B2B environment, which is a great advantage if you later want to take part in developing the operations of Nordea Finance and/or factoring services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Your daily tasks include customer service via e-mail and occasionally over phone
- Deliver professional business specific services regarding factoring process
- Contribute to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

Your experience and background:
- You are fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written and English in communication level
- Comfortable with problem solving and analytical thinking
- Swedish language skill is a bonus, but not crucial
