Webcast for shareholders after the Annual General Meeting

Nordea will arrange a separate webcast for its shareholders after the AGM on 24 March at 16.00 EET. The webcast will include the resolutions made at the AGM and the presentations by the Chair of the Board of Directors and by the President and Group CEO.

Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask questions from the senior management on topics related to the Annual General Meeting. The questions can be posted live through a chat function during the webcast and a moderator will include as many questions as possible in the Q&A session of the webcast.

The webcast will not be part of the Annual General Meeting. It will be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation in Finnish and Swedish.

To participate in the webcast use the webcast link on nordea.com. A recording of the webcast will be available on Nordea.com afterwards.
