Information about processing of personal data
Nordea Bank AB (publ), organisation number 516406-0120, is the controller of the personal data processed on nordea.com.
Personal data which you provide when you fill in a form (e.g. a request for information or a subscription) on nordea.com, or which are otherwise registered in connection therewith, are processed by the bank for preparation and administration of the affected service or product. Personal data can moreover form the basis of market and customer analysis, business follow-up, business- and method development and risk management. Personal data may also be used for marketing purposes unless you have declined receipt of direct marketing material.
Nordea will not surrender the data to any third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so. At the moment a US-based company, Webtrends, processes personal data on behalf of Nordea. Webtrends is a global leader in web statistics collection and in order to secure privacy protection they comply with the European Commission’s Directive on Data Protection (October 1998) through the Standard Contractual Clauses approved through the EU Commission Decision 2010/87/EU of 5 February 2010.

You may also request rectification of erroneous or misleading data by contacting Nordea at the above address.
