Nordea releases ESG-scorecards for Stars funds

01-12-15 14:17 | Our work

Funds full of stars

The Stars Funds invest in a selection of companies that excel in the way they manage risks and opportunities related to sustainability matters. In these funds, we proactively select companies that are performing the best in our environmental, social and governance (ESG) analysis rather than negatively screen out poor ESG industries.

Cards illustrate the overall ESG status

ESG scorecards describe the corresponding funds’ ESG rating distribution and disclose the individual ESG-rating of ten largest holdings in the fund.  In addition it includes the funds carbon footprint as well as number and topics of ongoing company interactions. Star funds are also subject to the Norm based screening employed in all actively managed Nordea funds.
