Our policy and guidelines detail the ethical, social and environmental standards we expect of our suppliers and are informed by our commitment to the UN Global Compact. We have reasonable expectations of our suppliers: we apply the guidelines depending on each supplier’s size, location and business sector.
Nordea is a signatory to the UN Global Compact – a set of core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption. The Nordea Supplier Policy contains Nordea’s requirements of suppliers regarding sustainable sourcing and corporate social responsibility. With these requirements, Nordea aims to positively influence the development of sustainable services and products.
Our Supplier Sustainability Guidelines describe how Nordea interprets the ten principles of the UN Global Compact.
