Nordea’s access codes will not work on Sunday 18 February from 01.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.

Nordea’s access codes cannot be used on 18 February from 01.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m. due to technical maintenance.

In practice, this means that during the aforementioned period customers will not be able to identify themselves or log in to Nordea’s or other service providers’ (such as Kela’s) services with Nordea’s access codes.

Nordea cards will function as normal during the maintenance break. 

During the break, Nordea’s customers will not be able to identify themselves or use the following Nordea’s services:

  • Personal customers’ Netbank
  • Personal customers’ Mobile Bank
  • Siirto app
  • Corporate Classic Netbank
  • Corporate Netbank
  • Corporate Mobile Bank
  • E-payment
  • E-identification

In addition, customers will not be able to identify themselves while calling either Nordea Customer Service (tel 0200 70 000) or Nordea Business Centre (tel 0200 26262), so these telephone services will be limited during the break.

We apologise for any inconvenience to our customers. We will inform our customers of the service break and its termination on our website, in social media and in our services requiring identification, such as Netbank and Mobile Bank.
