Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Application
Operations Team in Nordea Trading Technology where we use various
technologies to create excellent application experience for our colleagues from
business and development teams. We drive automation initiatives, provide daily maintenance, support for
a number of out-of-the-box and in-house built applications in areas like
business intelligence, equity researchand customer engagement. We are in a constant dialogue with our stakeholders in
business and development to offer valuable services to our users and to change the bank.
you’ll be doing:
- Implement an organized approach towards
business operations to maintain the production demand. Strategic initiatives will be focused on automation failure prevention and deployment pipeline optimization.
- Work with the Incident, Problem
and Change Management processes to support the applications in scope
- Drive monitoring improvement
and automation initiatives with the team
- Continuous Service Improvements
(DevOps hungry learner profile highly appreciated)
- Work in Windows environment and
MS SQL / Oracle SQL databases
- Work as single point of contact
in 2nd line support for Business and Development

- Windows system and Windows
- Min. 3-years
of experience on a similar position
- Passion and willingness to
learn new tools, technologies (including automation solutions)
- Bachelor of Science degree
Nice to have, but not mandatory requirements:
- Hands-on experience within MS
SQL and Oracle SQL
- Knowledge of automation tools, e.g.
Ansible, Bamboo or PowerShell DSC
- Scripting languages knowledge:
PowerShell, Python or any other similar solutions
