Your future responsibilities

 
You’ll join Software Management unit, where we create software packages for all Windows platforms, workstations and servers. Software Management member will be expected to perform tasks and duties related to the development, administration and distribution for software applications and packages utilized by Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager. In Nordea our basis desktop platform is built on Microsoft technology with Windows 10/7, Office 2016 and you should be familiar with SCCM, Active Directory. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
 
  • As an IT Software packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for: 
  • Creating, updating, testing and validating software package 
  • Importing, configuring and deploying packages to end users 
  • Investigating and analysing client’s requests 
  • Creating technical documentation for package and installation guide when required 
  • Customer support for installation and functionality of developed packages 
  • Scripting 
The role is based in Gdynia, Poland. The team is proactive on all collaboration’s channels, where support all end users which leads to increase software package quality.

Your profile and background:
 
The best candidate: 
 
  • Is a technically skilled IT supporter with preferably experience from deployment 
  • Has at least 2 years work experience of working within IT- related issues 
  • Has ability to thrive in a complex work environment and do not lose sight in challenging situations 
  • Acts proactively and shows commitment to creating results that add value to Nordea and our internal customers. 
  • Has well developed communication and the ability to effectively interact with other teams across the organization. 
  • Incident, Change and Asset Management knowledge is considered as a benefit
