We are looking for an driven and engaged Assistant to provide valuable management support to our leaders and employees in Asset Management in our Helsinki office. This is an opportunity for you to work in an international organisation where you will be part of a Nordic secretarial team.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join the Nordea Asset Management (NAM) secretarial team, where we give support
to our CEO, Senior Executive Management team, leaders and colleagues in order
to release them from administrative tasks enabling them to focus on their core
responsibilities. In your role you will also give support to the Nordea Funds
team with similar tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide executive support to management and employees in NAM and support to Nordea Funds management
- Provide support to Nordea Funds board process and board members
- Assist with legal material uploads
- Handle invoices & questions in Buy & Pay, Prenax etc, ordering office supplies
- Book travels and meetings
- Onboarding and exit process with employees
- Being the driver for staff meetings, events, special occasions, seminars
- Facility coordination
