The three corner stones of the programme are business knowledge, employeeship and personal growth.
The programme consists of different elements, like e.g. international seminars, a mentoring process and business specific activities.
The requirements for a graduate are Master’s degree, maximum two years' post-academic work experience, excellent English skills and a high potential. Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test, where numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities are tested.
Recruitment for the 2015 programme has started
Recruitment for next year has now started in Norway and we will - depending on the specific business area – continue to post job ads during late fall and the beginning of spring for positions in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Each job ad contains detailed information about the position, its location and application date as well as contact information.
