This week we welcomed our first graduates to the 2015 class. There will be a total of 160 graduates, divided in four groups, joining Nordea this autumn.
Our graduates are part of Nordea Graduate programme for one year and besides attending four seminars; each graduate is part of a local programme within their respective business area or group function.
A Master’s degree, maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience, excellent English language skills and high potential are graduate requirements at Nordea. Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test, where your numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities are tested.
In the 2015 group, the most common academic background is Master of Science, especially in economics or connected with economics but also Master of Business Law/Business Administration and Master of Technology are common. All in all, most graduates have a MSc in Economics, Finance or Mathematics.
