Sasja is Head of Responsible Investment at Nordea Asset Management. His previous roles include those of CEO of Nordea Funds AB, Global Head of Responsible Investment & Engagement at Banco/ABN Amro and consultant for the World Bank, conducting several projects in Africa and Asia. Ylva is responsible for Corporate Engagement. She joined Nordea’s Responsible Investment team in 2008 and holds a Master of Business Economics in Finance from the University of Linköping. Ylva is a member of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) Water risk steering committee.
Magdalene is Head of Thematic Research and joined Nordea in 2014. Her prior positions include those of Research Director at Global Child Forum, Head of Ownership Risk and Head of Social and Environmental Issues at Norges Bank Investment Management, and CRS Manager at Coca-Cola in Sweden and Norway. Magdalene has also served as a member of various boards and expert groups and holds a PhD in International Political Economics from Stockholm University.
Hetal is a Senior ESG Analyst and mainly covers global products and companies. She joined Nordea Asset Management in 2014 and has an international background spanning ten years in responsible investment and sustainability-related positions in the financial sector, including positions at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, 3i Group in London and Swedbank Robur in Stockholm. Hetal holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Ryerson, Toronto Canada.
Katarina is a Senior ESG Analyst and mainly covers Swedish and Nordic companies. She joined Nordea Asset Management in 2006 and has 15 years of experience in risk management and product development positions in the financial sector, including positions at the Fourth National Pension Fund and AMF Pension. Katarina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stockholm University.
Felix is an ESG Analyst. He joined the RI team in January 2015 and mainly focuses on the Swedish and Nordic Stars funds. Felix joined the Nordea Graduate Programme in 2013 with a position in Private Banking. He holds a master's degree in Commercial and Business Law from Linköpings University.
Petter is an ESG Analyst. He joined the RI team in August 2015 and has 15 years of experience in business journalism and corporate communication. He previously held a position as Press Officer at Nordea Group. Prior positions include Investor Relation Manager at Northland Resources, journalist at E24/Svenska Dagbladet and Communication Consultant at Hill & Knowlton. Petter holds a master's degree in Economics from Lund University.
Olena is an ESG Analyst and focuses on analysing global companies. She joined the RI team in April 2015 and holds an MSc in General Management from Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in Globalization, Environment and Social Change from Stockholm University.
Josefine Ekros Roth
Josefine is a Senior ESG Anayst responsible for the analysis of global companies. She joined Nordea in 2015 and has ten years of experience within the field of responsible investments. Previously to joining Nordea Josefine worked at DNB asset management where she was also part of the responsible investments team. She has a BA Hons in International Business from the University of Westminster and a MA in European politics from the College of Europe.

Susanne Røge Lund
Susanne is a Senior ESG Analyst and covers companies in emerging markets. She joined Nordea in August 2015 and has worked with responsible investments in the pension fund sector since 2007. Susanne holds a master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
Emir is an ESG Analyst. He joined the RI team in 2014 and analyses companies in emerging markets. Emir holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Lund.
Julie Helm Trige
Julie is an ESG analyst. She joined the RI team in September 2015 through the Nordea Graduate Programme and holds a master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
