We are looking for around 60 full-time and part-time advisers to Nordea's new contact centre in Salo. As you will serve our customers over phone and Internet; we believe you are great at service.
The new contact centre in Salo is part of Nordea’s customer service unit, which serves customers around the clock. The unit currently employs around 470 customer service professionals and last year we handled more than two million contacts with Nordea’s customers.
In addition to Salo, we also have operations in Helsinki, Oulu, Vaasa and Tallinn.
Demand for online, mobile, telephone and advisory services in banking continue to grow. Customers prefer to handle their banking when, where and how it fits their needs. In fact, customers can today handle almost all of their banking on their sofa at home or at their summer cottage – with the help of our professional experts over the phone or Internet.

We value a positive and motivated attitude and good social and listening skills. Finnish is a prerequisite and it is a merit if you are fluent in Swedish and/or English as well.
You do not need to be an experienced professional, as we will provide a comprehensive introduction to the work. The most important aspect is that you have a good attitude and are willing to learn.
