The countdown to Slush has begun, and we’re ready with several events for both investors and startups. For the eighth year in a row, we will be there to meet and connect founders and investors, listen to ideas and talk progress. This is where you will find us during the event.

Startups are the driving force of innovation and economic growth in the Nordic economies, and we are here to help them succeed. Our mission at Nordea is simple: to connect up-and-coming entrepreneurs with right investors, and create opportunities for growth locally and globally,

Nordea’s aim is to build long-term customer relationships and be the business partner supporting the growth and success of corporates throughout their life cycle. Our matchmaking skills and four Startup & Growth units across the Nordics mean that we can support and advise founders throughout their journey.

Day 0 – for investors

Invest with impact – Join our networking event for GPs and LPs

Nordea’s new Global Future Fund LP Program focuses heavily on impact managers and therefore we welcome General Partners (GPs) and Limited Partners (LPs) to discuss and network about the impact space of investing. In addition to the presentation of Nordea's Global Future Fund LP Program, the session will include a panel where LPs and GPs discuss the opportunities and challenges to deliver real impact. After the panel there is time for discussion and networking between GPs and LPs.

Join our event on Tuesday 19 November 2024 at 11.30 -13.00 (EET), Nordea office at Central Helsinki. Registration will close on 16 November.

On day 0, you will also find Nordea’s Nordic Startup & Growth people at Kaapelitehdas. As the leading startup and growth bank in the Nordics, we bring value to global investors by helping to find top-quality deal flows from the Nordics. And we can provide non-dilutive financing for Nordic-based startups and growth companies. Let’s meet at Investor Day and talk more.

What would the day 0 evening be without nice drinks, good food and great company? Our traditional Nordea Investor Dinner is here again, welcoming all VCs, CVCs and LPs to Nordea’s Old Banking Hall. This is the place to be, but note that invitations are sent to applicants only. Send your application today – we will get back to you shortly.

During the Slush days there will also be a Nordea Investor Speed Dating organised at the booth for preselected Nordic scale-ups and international investors. Nordea Startup & Growth organises these matchmaking events all year round.

What is investor speed dating?

Nordea’s Investor Speed Dating is a matchmaking event bringing together growth companies and investors. The first Nordea investor speed-dating event was launched at Slush in 2018. Due to COVID-19, the year 2020 became a game changer as the investor speed-dating event was transformed into several virtual dating sessions, while in-person investor and startup meetings were being cancelled worldwide.
