Get customer support on the phone

If you want to call us for customer support, use some of the following numbers. There is also a possibility to call via your mobile bank. Just log in and click “help” and then “call”.  

Another fast way of getting an answer to your questions is to use our chat Nova. On our local pages you will find the chat icon on the lower right corner where ever you are on the sites. You can also find this in your mobile bank app.

At Nordea, we welcome feedback and opinions from all of our customers and stakeholders. This makes us a better bank and business partner. Below are the different ways you can reach out to us. You are always welcome to contact our customer service for daily banking matters through the options above. For other concerns, fill in one of the forms listed below.

Nordea’s whistleblowing service is open to all stakeholders, including customers, partners, affected communities and employees. It gives everyone the right to speak up and feel safe in doing so. You can use Nordea’s whistleblowing if you have concerns about suspected misconduct, including breaches of human rights or irregularities such as fraudulent, inappropriate, dishonest, illegal or negligent activity or behaviour in our operations, products or services. This includes any action that constitutes a violation of laws, regulations, internal policies, instructions or guidelines.
