In Markets LC&I Finland, we’re always on the lookout for talent, and find most of our junior employees through our unique traineeship, the Future Finance Professional (FFP) program which runs from May throughout September. The application periode is usually in the autumn. 

The application periode to join our FFP 2023 programme ended on 30th October 2022, and we're pleased to having received so many qualified applications again this year. Steep learning curve

When joining our FFP program, we guarantee you a steep learning curve, full support and good fun. We offer training and challenging tasks, and with it close collaboration, coaching and back-up from your team. Moreover, you will build a large network in the Finnish financial sector, as well as across the Nordics, let alone join several social events with fellow FFPs and co-workers.

You will be assigned to a team within Markets LC&I, and become an integral part of the team from day one, and move on towards customer contact and trade execution. You will also take part in summer projects with other FFPs.

A wide variety of roles in Front Office and Middle Office

The various positions offered in the FFP program are unique combinations which match your aspirations and competences within Front Office and/or Middle Office. 

We offer roles like Assistant Sales Manager, Controller, Analyst and IT Developer.

What it takes and what it’s like

In general, we expect you to be a high performer in your Masters level studies. But more than anything, we are looking for the right attitude and aptitude. Here are few examples of traits that will help you shine:

  • Excellent in English, verbal and written
