Discover the opportunities that await you at Startup Match, a quarterly matchmaking event by Nordea Startup & Growth and Nordea Private Banking designed exclusively for ambitious Danish pre-seed startups in search of their perfect investor match in Denmark. Our mission is to make the events the most efficient hours of your life, allowing you to seamlessly pitch your business, connect with prominent investors who align with your goals, and network with like-minded entrepreneurs at our headquarters in Aarhus and Copenhagen.
How do I apply for Startup Match?
If you are representing a Danish startup, embark on this journey by submitting your application following the formula below. We will carefully review each application and handpick six startups that fulfill our criteria and resonate with the investment focus of the attending Business Angels and Venture Capital Funds. We aim to respond to your application no later than 10 days before each Startup Match.
Who are the attending investors at Startup Match?
At each event, we provide you with a dynamic investor landscape. The attending Business Angels include successful founders responsible for some of the most significant exits in Denmark and professional investors. Moreover, our partnerships with leading Venture Capital Funds span diverse industries, ensuring a rich array of investment possibilities, which increases your chances of raising capital at each Startup Match.
What is the agenda at Startup Match?
In the first one and a half hours, each of the six startups showcases its business-case with a 7-minute pitch followed by 3-minute Q&A session from the engaged audience. The evening continues with one and a half hours of invaluable networking while enjoying a light dinner, forging connections that could redefine your startup trajectory.
