Once the goals have been set, we encourage a culture of ongoing feedback, engagement and regular check-ins with your leader, where you align on your goals, performance and development throughout the year.
You’ll take time annually to reflect on and assess the feedback received from your leader, colleagues and customers, together with your achievements and your contributions, so you can reach your full performance and potential.
