"Problem Solver / Doer (things that need to get done)"

"We are looking for someone who solves problems. Not only the ones already defined — but the ones that should be.

This role exists for situations where something is unclear, stuck, inefficient or simply not working. Sometimes the problem is technical. Sometimes it’s a process. Sometimes it lives in the gap between systems, data and people.

This is not a role for someone who needs a perfectly written task description. It is a role for someone who sees what needs to be done — and does it.

What you do
• Take ownership of problems that don’t clearly belong to anyone
• Work both high-level and hands-on, depending on what the situation requires
• Turn vague or messy needs into something concrete and solvable
• Fix things that are blocking teams, workflows or systems
• Improve processes, systems and flows where they actually break
• Go where the work is, rather than where the org chart says you should be
How you work
• You don’t wait for perfect conditions
• You care more about things working than about formal ownership
• You see connections between technology, data, processes and people
• You are comfortable operating in the grey areas
• You get energy from making other people’s work easier"
