All conditions have been fulfilled for the sale of UC AB to Asiakastieto Group Plc, disclosed on 24 April 2018, and the sale was finalised on 29 June 2018.
Nordea Bank AB has received 2,303,315 shares in Asiakastieto Group Plc as well as a cash consideration of approx. EUR 26 million. The sale will generate a capital gain of approx. EUR 84 million and will be reported in the bank’s financial results for the second quarter of 2018. The received shares correspond to 9.6% of total shares and voting rights in Asiakastieto Group Plc.
