The Nordea share

Nordea has around 580,000 shareholders of which many are private shareholders in Finland and Sweden. Nordea is listed in Helsinki, in Stockholm and in Copenhagen. There are also Nordea American Depository Receipts (ADR) that trade in US dollars.

Nordea distributed the first instalment of the 2019 dividend (EUR 0.07 per share) in March 2021. Unless the ECB's recommendation on banks' dividends is cancelled or changed, Nordea's Board can, at the earliest, decide on the second instalment for 2019 (EUR 0.33 per share) and the 2020 dividend (EUR 0.39 per share), ie in total EUR 0.72 per share, in October 2021.
