On 20 May 2026, Nordea hosted a retail investor event in Helsinki in collaboration with local shareholder associations, bringing together more than 100 participants for an evening focused on dialogue, market perspectives and Nordea’s investment case. The event provided an opportunity to meet individual shareholders directly, share updates on the bank’s strategic direction and financial performance, and listen to the topics that matter most to retail investors in the Finnish market.

During the session, Ilkka Ottoila (Head of Investor Relations), Sara Mella (Head of Personal Banking) and Antti Saari (Head of Investments) presented on Nordea’s strategy, financial performance and the broader macroeconomic and market environment. Their presentations were followed by a question-and-answer session, giving participants the opportunity to raise questions directly and engage in a more open discussion around Nordea’s outlook, priorities and position in the current market environment.

The event was organised in partnership with Helsingin Osakesäästäjät and Espoo-Kauniaisten Osakesäästäjät, whose local presence and strong member networks contributed to the high level of participation and relevance of the programme. Working together with shareholder associations is an important way for Nordea to reach retail investors in a meaningful and locally anchored way.

The Helsinki event reflects Nordea’s broader efforts to strengthen relationships with retail investors across the Nordic region and to broaden awareness of Nordea’s investment case among retail shareholders. Similar initiatives are planned in other Nordic markets as part of Nordea’s continued commitment to long-term shareholder engagement.
